WINNIPEG/MONTREAL, Nov 21 (Reuters) – Shippers scrambled to shift freight onto vehicles on Thursday as a strike at Canada’s largest railroad, Canadian Nationwide Railway Co CNR.TO, entered its third day and left many items stranded.
