EU regulators, Italy clear key hurdle for Alitalia’s successor

BRUSSELS, July 1 (Reuters)The European Fee mentioned on Thursday it has reached a take care of Italy on the parameters for separating loss-making provider Alitalia from its successor, a step key to securing EU approval for the brand new airline and to jot down off Alitalia’s subsidies.
