Tech leads US stocks higher in early trade

The S&P 500 opened 0.2% higher while the Nasdaq Composite is up 0.4%. US Treasury yields are down 3-4 bps across the curve.

Apple shares are up 0.9% despite another report highlighting how China has told government employees and contractors not to use iPhones.
