Peer-to-peer crypto funds platform Metallic Pay has filed to grow to be a nationwide financial institution within the U.S.
The startup filed a constitution utility for “First Blockchain Financial institution and Belief, N.A.” with the Workplace of the Comptroller of the Forex (OCC) on Feb. 3, CEO Marshall Hayner instructed CoinDesk.
