Gene Simmons, the lead singer of the band Kiss, said he will accept cryptocurrency payments as he looks to sell his Las Vegas mansion.
Valued at US$13.5mln, reports have stated that the rock legend would accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Uniswap, Polkadot, Aave or Try.Finance, or a combination of these coins.
Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK) Home Services, the listing broker, told the Las Vergas Review-Journal that any crypto payment would have to be “verified through closing costs, including taxes and commissions.”
Outspoken in his interest in cryptocurrency since 2017, Simmons last February confirmed in tweets that he owned Ripple and Dogecoin, as well as several thousand US dollars’ worth of Ethereum, Binance Coin and Cardano.
