In trading on Thursday, the iShares U.S. Regional Banks ETF (IAT) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.8% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Valley National Bancorp (VLY), up about 5% and shares of Zions (ZION), up about 4.3% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the Silver Miners ETF (SIL), down about 1.9% in Thursday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Thursday were shares of Fortuna Silver Mines (FVI.CA), lower by about 4%, and shares of First Majestic Silver (FR.CA), lower by about 3.8% on the day.
