KARACHI: Pakistan’s overseas alternate reserves barely fell to $23.212 billion within the week ended April 16 from $23.220 billion every week in the past, the central financial institution reported on Thursday.
The overseas alternate reserves held by the State Financial institution of Pakistan (SBP) decreased $63 million to $16.043 billion, attributable to exterior debt compensation, it added. The foreign exchange reserves of economic banks; nevertheless, rose to $7.168 billion from $7.113 billion.
