A former executive of a defunct foreign exchange currency trading firm will serve 23 years in prison and pay more than $93 million after being found guilty of wire fraud.
Judge William J. Martínez of the US District Court for the District of Colorado sentenced Bryant Sewall on Thursday for his role in a scheme to defraud and obtain money from investors.
