MEXICO CITY, Sept 11 (Reuters) – Mexico’s international change fee introduced on Friday two foreign money auctions totaling $7.5 billion utilizing a swap line with the U.S. Federal Reserve, the finance ministry and central financial institution stated in a joint assertion.
