The Hyderabad police have arrested a Mumbai businessman on costs of robbing $7,500 from the supply boy of a international trade agency at Kalyaninagar on November 21 after inserting an order for foreign exchange over the telephone.
The businessman, Rahul Kiran Gatiya, was arrested from his Mumbai residence on December 28. Inspector Ajay Waghmare of Yerawada police informed TOI, “Throughout questioning, Gatiya confessed to the Hyderabad police he had dedicated related robberies in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.”
“The Hyderabad police have recovered Rs7.50lakh from his possession,” he mentioned.
Investigations have revealed Gatiya confronted losses in his enterprise, following which he took to crime.
