Power cut across Taiwan, affecting Taipei and southern Taiwan
As I said in that post, with tensions high over a potential move from China on Taiwan (no matter how far-fetched, or not, that seems) there was a wobble for risk on the reports.
ADDED:
- Taiwan Power Company (Taipower), says the electricity outages were caused by an equipment malfunction at the Hsinta Power Plant in Kaohsiung.
