The Ugandan shilling USDUGX gained on Thursday, helped by dollar inflows from offshore investors participating in this week’s Treasury auction, traders said.

At 0726 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,628/3,638, compared with Wednesday’s closing rate of 3,638/3,648.
