Dwyane Wade, 13-time NBA All Star and three-time NBA champion, is becoming a member of the possession group of the Utah Jazz, the Jazz introduced Friday.
The phrases of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Wade will be a part of the possession group led by expertise entrepreneur and Qualtrics founder Ryan Smith and his spouse, Ashley, who acquired a majority curiosity within the Utah Jazz in late 2020.
“Shortly after Smith acquired the Utah Jazz, he and Wade started conversations about Wade becoming a member of the Utah Jazz possession group and Smith Leisure Group (SEG), the primary of many joint enterprise ventures,” an announcement from the Utah Jazz learn.
