Southwest Airlines on Thursday took the Boeing 737 Max out of its schedules till Feb. 8, later than any U.S. airline, because the low-cost provider known as the timeline for the aircraft’s return to service “unsure.”

That is a month later than the low-cost provider beforehand anticipated.

The shortage of readability on when regulators will enable airways to function the planes, grounded since mid-March after two deadly crashes killed 346 folks, have pressured airways to repeatedly change their schedules.

Southwest’s pilots final week mentioned they do not count on the Max to return till February on the earliest.

American and United final week mentioned they do not count on to fly the planes till January, a couple of month later than they beforehand forecast. Airline executives say it’s simpler to cancel 737 Max flights forward of time than scramble on the final minute to rebook passengers and crews on the final minute.
