The U.S. reported one other document one-day spike in new instances on Thursday as outbreaks proceed to worsen throughout the nation, notably in Texas, Florida and California.

- World instances: Greater than 13.83 million
- World deaths: A minimum of 590,600
- U.S. instances: Greater than 3.57 million
- U.S. deaths: A minimum of 138,300
