The Crown Workplace has launched contempt of court docket proceedings in opposition to a former UK diplomat who was running a blog throughout the Alex Salmond trial.

Craig Murray, an ex-UK ambassador to Uzbekistan, attended two days of the trial on the Excessive Courtroom in Edinburgh earlier than writing about it on his web site.
