Boris Johnson won’t face a prison investigation into his dealings with US businesswoman Jennifer Arcuri when he was Mayor of London, it’s understood.

It was alleged Ms Arcuri acquired beneficial therapy throughout Mr Johnson’s time as Mayor as a result of their friendship.
