Ex-Labour MP and former Military officer Eric Joyce has obtained a suspended sentence after he admitted making an indecent picture of a kid.

Joyce, 59, had a movie on a tool that “depicts a lot of kids” with one mentioned to be 12 months outdated, Ipswich Crown Courtroom heard.

The previous shadow minister and ex-MP for Falkirk was arrested in 2018.

He was sentenced to eight months in jail, suspended for 2 years, and should full 150 hours of unpaid work.
