The Mayor of Better Manchester, Andy Burnham, has accused the Scottish authorities of hypocrisy, after it banned Scots from non-essential journey to and from components of the town.
Talking to Nick Robinson on the BBC’s Andrew Marr present, he stated he might be writing to the Scottish First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, to demand compensation.
