The probabilities of a publish–Brexit commerce deal between the EU and UK “appears unlikely”, the EU’s chief negotiator has mentioned after the most recent spherical of talks.
Michel Barnier mentioned he didn’t perceive why they have been “losing worthwhile time” and it felt like the 2 sides have been “‘going backwards, greater than forwards”.
However he mentioned there had been “progress on technical points”
