It’s alleged that they “with out affordable trigger, being the principal donor of a donation of greater than £500 to a registered celebration, particularly Northampton South Conservative Affiliation, failed to make sure that, on the time when the donation was obtained by the celebration, the celebration was given all such particulars in respect of the particular person handled as making the recordable donation as have been required by advantage of paragraph 2 or 2A of Schedule 6 to the Political Events, Elections and Referendums Act 2000”.
