Paul Howell, who gained Tony Blair’s outdated seat, in Sedgefield, Simon Fell, the MP for Barrow-in-Furness and Sara Britcliffe, who at 24 turned the youngest MP when she gained Hyndburn, in Lancashire, are amongst those that have signed as much as the group provisionally named the Northern Analysis Group.
