The SNP has referred to as the UK-Australia commerce deal “disastrous” and says it might see Scottish farmers and crofters “thrown below the Brexit bus”.

Ian Blackford advised PMQs they “deserve sincere solutions” and requested if the UK market could be flooded with tariff-free lamb and beef from Australia.

Boris Johnson mentioned it was an ideal deal for the UK and Scotland, and an opportunity to “turbo cost” exports for Britain.
