A police officer who practically died after being run over by automobile thieves has added his help for obligatory life sentences for anybody who kills a member of the emergency providers.
A marketing campaign was launched by Lissie Harper, the widow of PC Andrew Harper who died in Berkshire in August 2019.
PC Gaz Phillips, 43, was critically injured in Birmingham just a few days earlier.
He has made a exceptional restoration and on the primary anniversary of the incident has simply returned to work.
