The Lord Chancellor has in contrast the UK leaving the EU as “akin to political mind surgical procedure”
Addressing the Lords’ Structure Committee, Robert Buckland known as himself a “sturdy Remainer”.
Referring to the Inner Market Invoice, he stated he would “not hesitate to put down his wig” and stroll away if he thought that home legal guidelines and the structure had been “beneath severe risk from his personal authorities”.
