There is an “ongoing and imminent threat” from Houthis in the Red Sea to shipping, Rishi Sunak has told MPs.
He said the second round of action was “fully in-line with international law”, and in self defence, with maximum care to prevent civilian lives.
He said Britain “was not seeking a confrontation” but would not hesitate to act again, adding: “Inaction is also a choice.”
