EU Fee President Ursula von der Leyen says the UK and the EU will stay “better of buddies and companions” following the UK’s departure of the EU on 31 January.
She is about to go to Downing Road to carry talks with the prime minister in regards to the subsequent section of the Brexit negotiations.
As soon as the UK leaves the EU, the UK and the EU will start talks on the longer term financial and commerce relationship.
