HAMBURG/PARIS, July 9 (Reuters) – Algeria’s state grains company OAIC has bought a small quantity of optional-origin milling wheat in a world tender which closed on Thursday which sought cargo to 2 ports solely, European merchants stated on Friday.
Estimates of volumes purchased had been round 30,000 tonnes and value was put at round $288 a tonne c&f. Extra particulars are doable later.
The tender sought a nominal 50,000 tonnes to cargo to 2 ports solely: Mostaganem and/or Tenes. The cargo requirement to those two comparatively small ports meant solely a restricted buy was anticipated by merchants within the tender.
