BUENOS AIRES, Dec 22 (Reuters)Wage talks between Argentine port employees and soymeal producers had been stalled on Tuesday, with a labor strike going into its 13th day, bogging down agricultural exports from one of many world’s principal bread baskets.

Argentina is the highest worldwide provider of soymeal, livestock feed used to fatten hogs and poultry from Europe to Southeast Asia.
