MEXICO CITY, Feb 10 (Reuters) – The Mexican banking
regulator fined in November the president of the board of Grupo
Lala, a dairy merchandise producer, for failing to report
transactions associated to shares of one other agency through which he was
concerned, in accordance with the regulator.
The chief, Eduardo Tricio Haro, was fined $35,000. A
spokesman for Tricio stated the advantageous was associated to “routine,
