SAO PAULO, March 16 (Reuters) – Brazilian power firm Cosan SA CSAN3.SA stated on Tuesday it plans to record three way partnership Raizen forward of different corporations within the group.
Chief Monetary Officer Marcelo Martins stated the itemizing of three way partnership Raizen is nearer for the reason that acquisition of rival ethanol producer Biosev SA BSEV3.SA, introduced final month .
Martins stated “that is the perfect timing” for Raizen, a three way partnership between Cosan and Royal Dutch Shell PLC RDSa.L, to lift capital and finance development.
