SAO PAULO, Aug 30 (Reuters) – Brazilian gas distributor Vibra Energia, previously referred to as Petrobras Distribuidora SA BRDT3.SA, is creating an ethanol buying and selling three way partnership with ethanol producer Copersucar, the corporate mentioned in a securities submitting on Monday.
Vibra will personal 49.9% of the three way partnership and Copersucar will management it. Shareholders are anticipated to inject 440 million reais ($85 million) within the new firm.
