Oct 27 (Reuters)European Council President Charles Michel warned that Brexit negotiations are at their most tough stage, The Telegraph newspaper reported on Tuesday.

“Everyone knows that, in all negotiations, the final and remaining selections are essentially the most tough. Will we get a deal? I do not know – it’s going to depend upon what will probably be on the desk,” Michel was quoted as saying on Tuesday.

Since talks restarted final week, British ministers have mentioned actual progress has been made and that there’s a good likelihood of a deal, however fishing is the largest sticking level.

Michel, the previous prime minister of Belgium, mentioned the EU and UK are nonetheless struggling to bridge variations over fishing, “stage enjoying subject” ensures, particularly regarding subsidy legislation, and the deal’s enforcement, in response to the report.
