OTTAWA/MONTREAL, Nov 19 (Reuters)Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s authorities on Tuesday stated it could monitor the Canadian Nationwide Railway CNR.TO strike that’s set to disrupt grain and oil deliveries as 1000’s of staff walked off their jobs for the primary time in a decade.
