JOHANNESBURG, Nov 29 (Reuters)Worldwide journey company Flight Centre Journey Group has stopped promoting tickets on South African Airways (SAA) flights after a journey insurance coverage agency stated it could not cowl SAA tickets towards insolvency.

State-owned SAA did not pay workers full salaries this month and has stated it has virtually no money left after a week-long strike.

Flight Centre stated in a letter to purchasers dated Nov. 28 that its most well-liked journey insurance coverage supplier and their underwriters have been not keen to cowl SAA underneath their Journey Provider Insolvency profit “attributable to doubts regarding to long-term viability of the airline.”
