Aug 2 (Reuters) – Footwear retailer Foot Locker Inc FL.N will purchase two retailers for a complete of about $1.1 billion in money offers, the Wall Avenue Journal reported on Monday.
Foot Locker is anticipated to announce the acquisitions of California-based shoe retailer chain WSS for $750 million and Atmos, a Japan-based streetwear model, for $360 million as quickly as Monday, the Journal reported citing individuals aware of the matter.
