WASHINGTON, March 6 (Reuters)G20 finance ministers and central financial institution governors on Friday pledged to take “acceptable” fiscal and financial measures in responding to the coronavirus outbreak and to guard financial development in opposition to shocks.

In a joint assertion issued by G20 chair Saudi Arabia, the ministers, who met in Riyadh final month, stated they welcomed measures and plans already put ahead by nations to assist financial exercise.

“We’re able to take additional actions, together with fiscal and financial measures, as acceptable, to help within the response to the virus, assist the financial system throughout this section and keep the resilience of the monetary system,” the group stated.
