Dec 4 (Reuters) – Kering SA PRTP.PA, the mother or father firm of Gucci and Balenciaga, has held exploratory talks with Moncler SpA MONC.MI a couple of deal to purchase the Italian attire firm, Bloomberg reported on Wednesday, citing folks with data of the matter.
Moncler had a market valuation of about 9.eight billion euros ($10.80 billion) as of Wednesday’s shut on the Milan Inventory Change.
The talks held have been preliminary and there’s no certainty it could result in a deal, the report mentioned.
Kering declined to remark, whereas Moncler didn’t instantly reply to Reuters request for remark.
