HONG KONG/ SINGAPORE, Nov 11 (Reuters)A journey bubble between Hong Kong and Singapore will start on Nov 22, the 2 cities introduced on Wednesday, as they moved to re-establish abroad journey hyperlinks and elevate the hurdle of quarantine for visiting foreigners.

Hong Kong’s Commerce Secretary and Singapore’s Transport Minister mentioned the scheme would start with one flight a day into every metropolis, with a quota of 200 travellers per flight. This might be elevated to 2 flights a day into every metropolis from Dec. 7.
