NEW YORK, Oct 9 (Reuters) – The Trump administration’s effort to chop crimson tape and velocity up main vitality initiatives has backfired within the case of the three largest U.S. pipelines now deliberate or below building.
All three have been stalled by profitable authorized challenges by environmental teams alleging the administration failed to use the regulatory scrutiny required below the regulation.
