TOKYO, Nov 21 (Reuters)Japan’s ANA Holdings Inc 9202.T plans to difficulty new shares following a board assembly as early as subsequent week, two sources stated, a transfer that may see it elevate round $1.9 billion to bolster its stability sheet.
