KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 24 (Reuters)Malaysia is working to resolve a spat with India over Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad’s stance on Kashmir, and hoping {that a} 16-nation commerce pact, which incorporates India, will likely be signed this 12 months regardless of the strained ties, its commerce minister mentioned.
