OSLO, Nov 27 (Reuters) – Norway has detected its first case of the extremely pathogenic H5N8 pressure of fowl flu, the nation’s Meals Security Authority (FSA)mentioned in an announcement on Friday.
Farm birds in southern Norway should keept indoors following the invention of the an infection in a wild short-billed goose, the FSA mentioned.
The extremely contagious and lethal type of avian influenza is spreading quickly in Europe, placing the poultry business on alert.
