NZ’s Fonterra half-year revenue jumps 43% on increased world dairy costs

March 17 (Reuters)New Zealand’s dairy exporter Fonterra FCG.NZ on Wednesday posted a 43% rise in adjusted revenue, helped by stronger world dairy costs and better demand for its merchandise as easing of pandemic-related restrictions has boosted financial restoration.

The corporate posted a normalised revenue after tax of NZ$418 million for the six months ended Jan. 31, up from NZ$293 million ($212.92 million) a yr earlier.

It additionally introduced an interim dividend of 5 cents per share.
