FRANKFURT, Dec 13 (Reuters) – Not less than three bidding teams together with personal fairness agency Apollo have emerged as patrons of Thomas Cook dinner’s German airline Condor, Germany’s Wirtschaftswoche stated on Friday.
Condor, which has remained worthwhile, has drawn curiosity from suitors after Germany granted a 380 million euro ($419 million) bridging mortgage to keep away from insolvency following the collapse of father or mother firm Thomas Cook dinner.
Apollo, which already owns funds airline Volotea, is exploring partnerships with German journey operators DER Touristik and Schauinsland Reisen to enhance its possibilities of clinching Condor, Wirtschaftswoche stated.
Binding provides for Condor shall be submitted earlier than Christmas, Wirtschaftswoche stated.
