WASHINGTON, Nov 1 (Reuters) – The preliminary “part one” commerce pact with China seems to be in fine condition and is prone to be signed round mid-November, though a finite date continues to be in query, U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross mentioned on Friday.
“We’re fairly comfy that the part one is in fine condition,” he advised Fox Enterprise Community in an interview.
