CHICAGO, Oct 6 (Reuters) – The union representing Southwest Airways’ LUV.N flight attendants rejected administration’s name for negotiated pay cuts to keep away from furloughs and renewed requires lawmakers to cross a recent federal payroll assist program for U.S. airways.
The union, TWU Native 556, has “made it clear to the corporate in earlier conversations that our members will not be excited by making concessions to a contract that took many years to acquire,” President Lyn Montgomery stated in an announcement on Tuesday.
