Dec 30 (Reuters) – U.S. jeweler Tiffany & Co’s TIF.N shareholders on Wednesday permitted a $15.eight billion take care of France’s LVMH LVMH.PA, ending an acrimonious dispute between the 2 luxurious retailers that had stretched for greater than a 12 months.
As agreed in October, LVMH pays $131.5 per share, down from $135 within the authentic deal signed late final 12 months.
