International Blockchain Applied sciences Corp () (OTCMKTS:BLKCF) mentioned Friday that X2 Video games would be the firm’s new enterprise focus.


The Vancouver-based firm closed on the acquisition of the blockchain-focused gaming firm on December 17, buying all mental property rights to X2 Video games’ present tasks together with digital interactive video games for Inc () Alexa. Certainly one of these video games, “St. Noire,” has a pre-release date set for early 2019, with three different Amazon Alexa video games set to be launched this 12 months.

The acquisition of X2 Video games tapped Nolan Bushnell, co-founder of Atari and Chuck E. Cheese’s, and Hollywood artistic director and visible results developer Zai Ortiz in key management roles as International Blockchain pivots to gaming.


“This transition will assist X2’s objective to revolutionize gaming and merge it with cinema and synthetic intelligence in thrilling methods,” Bushnell, chairman and CEO of X2 Video games, mentioned in an announcement.


‘Properly-positioned’


Ortiz, chief artistic officer, co-founder and president of X2 Video games, added that “X2 is well-positioned to make the most of this quickly rising trade.”


Shares of International Blockchain climbed C$0.01 to C$0.04 in Thursday’s Canadian buying and selling. They traded at US$0.03 on the OTC Markets.
