Mode Global Holdings PLC (LSE:MODE, OTCQB:MODGF) said it has launched a Bitcoin Cashback affiliate programme, which will allow users of Mode Wallets to receive bitcoin cashback when they shop online at over 100 brands.
The company said it is the latest addition to its crypto reward proposition, which allows consumers to earn as well as buy bitcoin.
It added that this was “an integral step in Mode’s mission towards driving mass adoption of bitcoin”.
“Combined with Mode’s Bitcoin Payroll solution, where employees of participating firms can choose to receive part of their salary in bitcoin, Mode continues to bring products to market that cater to both crypto natives and first-time users,” the company told investors.
Mode chief executive Rita Liu said the group had seen from its own research that people are increasingly interested in new ways to access crypto.
She added that the Bitcoin Cashback product was “the perfect way to do that, while also offering financial incentives to brands who are looking to attract fresh customers, especially among GenZ and Millennials”.
